Computer And Technical Troubleshooting

Standard Fees

  • In-home visit: $100 for first hour and $75 for every additional hour
  • Offsite: $75 per hour

Current Special – $75 in-home consultation and computer diagnostics

  • Consultation with user(s) to understand how the computer and other hardware is currently used in the home
  • Scan of computer for any issues that may include malware, viruses, hardware issues, program issues
  • Recommendation of software and hardware solutions to fix the problem(s) and get you back in business

You want peace of mind when it comes to your devices and connectivity. Let us give you this with our monthly support subscription plan. You want someone you trust to be a phone call away. With this plan you will receive:

  • Immediate 1-hour in-depth review of each device
  • Unlimited phone support along with secure remote access to your computer to fix the issue
  • Priority for “acute” support
  • Annual onsite checkup

Monthly Support Subscription Plan  

  • First month
    • 1 device $75
    • 2 devices $100
    • 3 or more devices $125
  • Subsequently
    • 1 device $10/month
    • 2 devices $18/month (in household)
    • 3 or more devices $25/month (in household)
